Good fear – is when you have a fear of The Lord. You respect God; you are obedient to His commands, you revere Him, you have an intimate relationship with Him. You fear The Lord because you love and respect Him. (Deuteronomy 6)

Bad fear – This Type of Fear grips The mind And can make you ‘stuck’ and put you in a ‘comfort zone’ – anything outside that comfort zone elicits fear. Fear is a defense mechanism that we build To protect ourselves, hindering us from moving forward.

The definition of fear is an uneasiness of mind upon the thought of something terrible likely to happen or to feel a painful apprehension of acting something out.

We are predisposed to negative thoughts compared to positive thoughts. To stay in the moment of positivity, we have to be intentional about it. It is why the brain automatically imagines bad things happening more than good things.
