7 Unconditional Promises Of God In The Bible Every Child Of God Enjoys

Promises of God are Yes and Amen. God is a Father who takes care of His children, and in His word, He has given us numerous promises that we can meditate on and know that those promises in the Bible apply to every child of God. If you believe in the words of God, these promises will become yours, and you will enjoy its benefits.

According to the promises of God, God promises never to leave us nor forsake us; God promises He has a perfect plan for our lives only if we will believe and wait on Him, God promises to fight our battles for us, we only need to be still. God also offered His only Son as an atonement offering so that anyone who believes in God the Father and Jesus Christ the Son will spend eternity with God in Heaven.

Here are some of God’s unconditional promises we can hold on to and believe.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6 NIV)

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV)

“And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.” (John 14:13-14 NIV)

“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” (Exodus 14:14 NIV)

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27 NIV)

“This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. 10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.” (1 John 4:9-10 NIV)

“I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” (Philippians 4:13 NIV)

These promises are unconditional, and you don’t need to do anything to enjoy these promises; Only believe and have a relationship with God. We are saved by grace, and we are justified by faith. We do not work our way to righteousness, but it is all by faith that we are called righteous children for God just as Abraham was credited with righteousness because he believed.
