Cancellations: Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours’ notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date.

Refund Policy: We aim to empower our clients to succeed and achieve their goals. All contracts are binding. At this moment, LNJ Life Coaching Services does not offer refunds on coaching services. With our initial free consultation call, we will determine if coaching with us is the right fit before you make any further commitment; This should help determine if you are interested in paying for our services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching program. When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work and “one foot out” the door. We hope you will decide that our Business Coaching Program is right for you before committing to buying our coaching package. ​
